The room was very small and the bathroom was cramped. It didn't seem like it had been cleaned very well before we arrived.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Basilica. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. We loved the cozy coffee shop in the hotel and the breathtaking view of the Snow Capped Pyrenees Ranger from our room. The hotel even had a souvenir shop and a tour desk for all our needs.

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for us young party-goers. While the hotel was great, we were hoping for more fun activities and events in the evenings.

Hotel Stella is my go-to place to stay in Lourdes. The staff helped me with a bottle of water at night. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar, a restaurant. I'll be back for New Year!

The hotel had a charming and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful decor and cozy common areas. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially for us seniors. The hotel was also easily accessible for older guests, with conveniently located elevators and well-lit hallways.

It would have been even better if there were more activities or amenities specifically catered to senior guests.

I had a wonderful stay in a hotel with a great location. It was close to the sanctuary and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the waiting staff were especially helpful during the full-board meals. The restaurant offered at least three courses during lunch and dinner, which was a definite plus.

The breakfast was a bit lacking in variety, with limited options available for those who do not eat bread.

The location of this hotel was superb. It was just a short walk from the holy ground, making it very convenient for our pilgrimage. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, even conversing with us in English. The rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities, including a double bed and a separate single bed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including bread, croissants, cheese, cold cuts.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great.
